So I have the Unearthed Arcana add on but Oath of the Open Sea isnt on there. Same with Blood Hunter. Does Fantasy Grounds not support classes made by Critical Role? If so why not?

Because Critical Role controls there own IP and it would be illegal to distribute there IP without permission to do so.

Unearthed Arcana module only contains content released by WotC from here; https://dnd.wizards.com/articles/unearthed-arcana And FG only has permission to publish those UA articles from
