Evenin' all!
Not sure if this is the place to post this, however I have just purchased the Lost Omens: Legends book for Pathfinder 2e ruleset, however it doesnt shop up in my module library when opening Unity. I have updated my launcher a few times, even deleted the file from the vault folder and re-updated, and still no luck unfortunately. Not sure if this is important info, but the file size for the book only says it's 1KB in size, and I wasn't sure if that was normal for books if they've not been loaded in the program. Any suggestions would be very welcome!

Welcome to FG.

No, 1Kb would not be the correct size. It sounds like it isn't downloading properly. Do you see it installing when you update? Are you seeing any errors during the update?

It shows up briefly when updating, it says all products have been checked and are up to date.

You are opening a PF2 campaign right? If so all I can suggest is to delete (again) that file (PZOSMWPZO9306FG.dat) from your vault and then do another update. Make sure also that the start screen is still saying STANDARD or ULTIMATE on the top right of the start screen.

Yes I am opening a PF2 campaign. Unfortunately even after a few attempts at this there is no sign of change. If it's worth saying each time I update it says it's checking the book file (PZOSMWPZO9306FG) for updates, although I am not sure if this is significant. I will leave ita couple of days and see if there's any change. Thank you for the help!

If it still doesn't install then I'd contact support - see the link in my signature.

Looks like there's a problem with the FGU download. It works fine for me in FGC but in Unity I get the 1kb file that doesn't work as well.

I just checked, and it seems that the product was set up without an active build for some reason. Possibly a step missed somewhere in the release process. I've pushed a brand new build into the FGU patch system for that product.
