How would I go about adding damage to a spell where that extra damage can't crit while leaving the rest of the spell's damage to crit as normal?
Using a kinetic blast 5d6 electricity with a kineticist diadem, the extra 1d6 electricity damage shouldn't crit.

Damage effects which are non-constant are not affected by crits for example :) So, you can use DMG: 1d6 electricity as a one-action effect or something like this, depending on the situation :) (EDIT: See posts below; DMGS: 1d6 electricity; I forgot the S :D)

Ahh cool. So I'll add an effect to apply on hit before damage, thanks.

Had a little trouble getting it to work, I was using DMG: 1d6 electricity, when I needed to add an S, DMGS: 1d6 electricity.
It's an extra step to click the effect, but as a player, it's a small price to pay for an extra 1d6 damage. :)
