How to Import a NPC that has been Exported

I've noticed that their is now the ability to Export NPCs (via right click menu). That generates an xml file, but I have not figured out how I can import that NPC into a campaign. The Character Import allows you to select the npc xml file, but nothing happens (no NPC, no PC).

Tested in 5E with no extensions.

/importnpc will do it. Upcoming ruleset update will add a button to the NPC window by default in the core layer (if not overriden by the specific ruleset).
