Question.

As I understand it, RMC is basically 2nd edition Rolemaster reorganized. True?

If so, does that mean that the other sourcebooks like Companion II, III, etc. and the other creature and treasure books are compatible or is that yet another version that I'm not aware of?

I know RMSS is completely different but honestly at this point i can't tell them apart.

Yes, RMC is basically RM2 reorganized. Any RM2 or RMC supplement will work with it including the ones that you mentioned. Just realize that most of those supplements are optional rules so you will want to review them to figure out which parts to include.

If they RMSS or RMFRP (a reorganized version of RMSS) supplements then they are for a different system.
