fantasy grounds Unity need help!

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows of connection issue with updating unity i been trying to figure out why it keeps freezing in the middle and it never continues does anyone else have this issue please let me know or if have solution I be willing to fix it. Because me and my friends are trying to play DnD and it sucks running into this roadblock..

Hey Christom, sorry you are having problems.

Can you give us some more details? Like where in the update it fails? What is the error message? Have you checked your security applications?

Okay it gives no error messages on the updater screen it just freezes in the middle or in the beginning I'm currently trying to reinstall it.

Your Antivirus may be blocking the application from updating itself. Please check your AntiVirus for any warnings.

Well I got good news I was able resolve the issue I think it was my anti-virus I had to make exception in the settings I was able to finish the installation and all my campaign data still intact thanks for the help really appreciated it :)
