Open the Personality book and press new, then fill out the Monster sheet.

That's how I do it . . . but I thought I'd let a real expert answer first to prevent another case of foot-in-mouth disease. :D

LOL you know "Foot-in-Mouth" disease happens just as much if not more to "experts", right? ;)

By the way Superbored, you should really put all your adventure's monsters or NPC's in the Personality List so you can drag them on the tracker or mod the monsters. You can drag and drop the d20 monsters right onto the personality list if you want.
