One of my players has undergone the Nerve-plug response rig augmentation and it adds a +2 DM to dex checks, not a +2 Dex. Is there any way to incorporate that automatically into the item ?

Hi Xargun,

It shouldn't give +2 DM, it should show a +2 above the Dex in the Action Tab, and if that pushes Dex to the next DM then that's what should be happening.

The CSC says +2 DM to Dex Checks. So its a misprint ?

Hi Xargun.

Just checked DM+2 means +2 to the dice roll, so not +2 to DEX so requires a custom rule adding to the ruleset/data, I'll add it to the backlog.

Hi Xargun,

I'm just looking into how to add it, so it's fully (hopefully) automated as I'm stuck on Cargo for Spacecraft :(

Hi me again,

Hmmm like a lot of augments, they're all different from each other, and of course that's going to be an issue - I'll have to think how to make that item work, as for example, the Complex Cranial Processing Unit - there's no way to automate that.

Maybe some way to assign a permanent die modifier to each stat? And then we can manually edit that as needed? Call it Augmented Modifier?

Yea might have to do something like that, it's why there are mods for all actions/skills etc, as some gear allows some mods to some things. I'm currently thinking about a lot of the automation, but want to focus on High Guard and Spaceship combat atm.
