okay, granted, I am a brand new user for this program, but I am running into a difficulty reading the Reference Manual for PF2 on certain pages. It appears to begin on the "Intro" and happens at various locations throughout.
Basically, it appears a white font is being used with a very light background in much of the problematic areas. Is there a setting that controls this that I am not aware of/not finding?
Thank you all for your help!

Are you using multiple themes? Generally colour issues like this are caused by the user using more than one theme. If that isn't the case perhaps a screenshot might help.

The only theme I am using is "Dark" and here is the screenshot:

The theme either needs to be updated or you need to use a different theme.
Are you using any other extensions?

I changed the themes and apparently only the "Dark" Theme causes the pages to be unreadable. I'll just stick to the "Light" theme - thanks for the direction...

Also please note you should only ever use one or no themes at a time.

I only had the one selected, so I'm not sure what happened to it.
