Purchase not showing up

I just purchased Tashas Caulreon of Everything (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/product.php?id=WOTC5ETCE) from the official FG website.
However, when I try to update, I don't get the module. It seems like the number of found purchased modules didn't change.
I tried the 'force update' option, but with no success.

What could be the problem?

Did you purchase it on the same account that you are logged into on the fantasy grounds software?

firstly click here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/myorders.php and check the products made it to your account
next re-enter your forum login details to your FG and then reupdate
and if they still dont appear post a screenshot of your /vault directory
you might also search your hdd FOR 5E.PAK see if there os more than one copy on your computer
