Just bought this on steam, but it's not showing up in my game files. Yes, I've linked my FGU to my Steam account and both show I purchased it today. What am I missing here? I can't load the module nor do I see it in the public or hidden directories.

You need to run update too, so FG downloads it.

Did that, it says no purchases found and doesn't load it.

What type of license do you have?

And can you screenshot your start screen please.

I have both the classic and unity basic licenses. Can you please clarify what you mean by start screen? The opening screen for FGU or Steam?

OK, that looks all good. So just to be sure; you started a 5e campaign clicked Library and then modules and Tasha's does not appear on the list of modules in the data activation screen?

Assuming that's a no; can you double check that you have synced you steam and Smitweworks accounts in Unity via the Settings > Account tab. Then update again.

If that still doesn't fix the issue can you go to where your FG data folder is (click the folder icon top left of the start screen) and find thhe vault folder. Look for a file called WOTC5ETCE.dat. If there is such a file or of it is a temp file or something like that then delete it and do an update.

If no such file exists in your vault then something isn't right with the sync between Steam and Smiteworks - so triple check as above that this is successful.

Thanks for the help, still no luck. I can confirm that Tasha's is not an option in my modules screen.

Account is linked to steam:42642

File isn't in the vault folder: 42643

And proof on FGU that I own it: 42644

One weird thing is the above image shows I purchased FGU today - I purchased it in November and have been playing it weekly since then. Maybe this is why?

Is the purchase linked to your WalkinDude FG account or Walterodim?

Your screenshot shows you're logged into FGU as Walterodim.
