Text formatting is lost when copying

Hello,

I am currently creating some modules for my next D&D 3.5E game.

There I got some headache with the formatting. (The returns seem to be still problematic - see https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?62988-Update-ruined-editing&highlight=text+format)

Formatted Class Feature in 3.5E:

Copy the text from the just created and formatted Class Feature and paste it in the next Class Feature:

This is especially annoying when copying big tables or something like that. Same with Story entries and other formatted text. Havent't tested with other rulesets. Is there some workaround for this or can this be "fixed"?

Unfortunately, formatting is not retained when using copy/paste in FG. For the above, I would drag/drop the link for the class feature into the same folder. This produces a copy of the item/feature/story/etc which you can then make your changes to.

That obviously doesn't work as well if you're copying from multiple sources into the same record.
