Looking for something like a chess timer in the combat tracker

I'm looking for individual timers that accumulate on tokens in the combat tracker while it is their turn. Not to track each turn, or an average, but a running total of time taken by the token in the tracker.

The primary goal is to show certain players who only pay attention during their turn, how much time everyone has to spend waiting on them. Secondly to help DM's realize how much time they spend on NPCs.
