Day(s) of week, frequency, and time: Once per week; Prefer Friday evenings after 7 pm, or Saturdays after 4 pm, or Sundays after 2 pm CST.
Term: Prefer a good long term Campaign (1 year +), but happy to try out 1-shots or a short term Campaign.
Voice: Yes, though most younger players seem to have poor radio discipline so I type a lot.
Game System Preferred: Pathfinder, Rolemaster, AD & D, 3.5 or 5E. Willing to try Numenera / Cypher System, Castles & Crusades, and maybe Savage Worlds.
Game System Experience: High in RM, PF, AD & D, 5E. Medium in 3.5. Low or Beginner in the rest.
Fantasy Grounds Experience: Low (6 months of weekly games)
Character Type Preferred: Good aligned Warrior Mages (magi), Paladins, Clerics, Rangers; Prefer non-humans but I play humans too.
About me: I love fun group story telling, classic high fantasy rpgs, and role playing characters with well thought out backgrounds. I have participated in several Campaigns that have lasted 2 - 3 years each. Been playing and DMing since 1978, though I had to take a long break while I was in college and then on active duty. Retired from the Navy and got back into my favorite hobby a decade ago. Role-Playing/Combat/Problem Solving: 50/30/20. Not interested in evil campaigns, low magic campaigns, railroads, or hack & slash. Just good old fashioned exciting high fantasy, with a fun story and the appearance of an open world to explore.
