New Monsters to Encounters

I'm still new to Fantasy Grounds, but I've now run a couple of sessions. When I was running in person, I liked to use the Codex Slavorum. I'd like to use some of those monsters here and there but I haven't figured out how to make a "custom" monster that I can drop into the "encounters" box. Has anyone found a way to do this?

Which part are you having difficulty with?
You can add new creatures in the NPC campaign tool.
Once you create the new NPC you can drag it into the Combat Tracker or into an Encounter and then drag the Encounter into the Combat Tracker.
