Map Grid Alignment

Hello one and all, and good day to you.

I am adapting a PDF adventure into Fantasy Grounds Unity and when I bring in the map and try to align the grid, it always comes out funky. I'll line it up just fine on a part of the grid, but in other parts of the map it comes out all ****eyed. If you can see in the attached image, the Top Floor (where I did the initial alignment) is fine, but everywhere else it is completely unaligned with the grid already on the map. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you in advance for your help.

Yes there is.
get a map that uses a consistent grid size...
its possible the grid is consistent bus is not a whole number of pixels - if so you will need to scale the map up or down so as the grid is a whole number of pixels.
