Is there a way in Pathfinder 1st editon to enable logging functionality for character creation and leveling up like in the Starfinder ruleset? Have classic and unity if that matters.

That would require lots of coding.
I dont think its high on any of the devs priority list.

What is a logging function? You mean some auxiliary tool for leveling characters? No, there isn't, as damned said :)
