LOS Issues

I have had several of my players not be able to see areas they have already uncovered with LOS. I dont run with the mask on. I am running my 5e game from the cloud.

I also ran into an issue that when i moved the party around by selecting the green helmet for all player and dragging it on the map it took away the players that could see the areas they did uncover. It made it all black for them.

If you remove a token from the map they will lose LOS. To move tokens without removing the LOS hold SHIFT whilst you drag them (as DM - players don’t have that option). Using the friendly icon at the bottom of the CT counts as removing and replacing the token.

ok but what about some of my players not seeing the parts they already uncovered but others do. I have a couple of players having this issue?

That I don’t know. We’ll need some screenshots maybe. But if at any point their tokens were moved by the DM without holding Shift that could explain it. Or if their tokens were removed and re-added. I haven’t seen any reports so it sounds like it is not a general issue.
