View Full Version : General questions pertaining to creating a custom ruleset

I have a baseline ruleset for the WEG/ Open D6 Star Wars game, based on CoreRPG. Baseline meaning a character sheet with string fields for everything. My next steps are


revise campaign/record_char_main.xml to use dice, check boxes, & numbers
add modifiers that add or remove dice (d6), not numbers
add languages to scripts\manager_gamesystem.lua


I have not had a lot of luck finding content to help and the custom classes in other rulesets make reverse engineering a struggle.

Any help is appreciated, especially simple examples. I can 'fancy' it up later.
