Issues with starting the program.

When I start up the game the whole screen flashes and the game just sits there with a white screen and the game name in the upper left visible. How do I fix this?
I read a post saying it was tied to the graphics card I tried the fix suggested there but it did not work so I listed my system info just incase it was needed

As mentioned in the post you linked, what is the system (can see its windows from the screenshot but still), is it via Steam or the FGUWebInstall.exe?

Are there any error messages in the log files (check ProgramFiles/smiteworks to see if there is anything there),

It may possibly be your antivirus that is quarantining FG so check that it hasn't done that and that you have a rule in place for FG. Also try downloading the installer from the store page dropdown and install directly from that rather than via Steam.

I started with the direct install and figured trying steam might fix the problem I will check for error messages but sometimes I can click the white page and the buttons will work even if I can't see them
