Tcoe missing domain

I have the Tcoe DLC and was attempting to create a Cleric. I wanted the Twilight domain however it is not giving me that option. I doubled checked and the module is opened. Is there something I'm missing or just not understanding how it works? I'm running Unity.

It's working for me. Do you have the player's module open? Only the player's module contains the classes in a form that you can use for character creation.
