Changing NPC token on map

Token is on Combat Tracker and Map. NPC sheet is opened from the Combat Tracker.

Drag new token on NPC Sheet changes the token on the Combat Tracker but not the Map
Drag new token on Combat Tracker changes the token on the map but not the NPC sheet.

Can the links be fixed so a change on one changes all?

This actually does work when opening the NPC sheet from the CT.

Those are actually three separate places that have to be changed and synchronized across sheets. I bet it has not come up before; so I'll have to take a look when I circle back to combat tracker.
