Resist all calculated incorrectly

Balkoth over on the FG discord pointed out that FG seems to be calculating the 'Resist all' effect incorrectly.

If a target with 'RESIST: 5 all' takes 7 slashing and 4 fire damage, fantasy grounds applies the resistance to just the slashing so a total of 4 damage is dealt. However, Page 453 of the core rulebook uses this exact example. RESIST: 5 all should reduce each damage type by 5, so the 7 slashing would be reduced to 2 and the fire damage should be resisted completely.

Thanks for reporting. Logged as RS2.112. This will be fixed pending a re-write of the damage effects system. Which will occur after the second printing changes have been implemented - which is taking a very long time as there's a lot of changes.
