Unable to Save Campaign, Any Work I do Is Erased on Reopen

I am getting this error within my console. I have permissions for the folders in question. This hasn't happened before in campaign that has been going on for a while, so not a new file. I updated to the most recent update this morning.

Check that your anti virus isn't affecting things and also make sure that it still says Standard or Ultimate in the version at the top right of the start screen.

Here's an answer from a previous thread. It looks like some other program has that file open (anti-virus, text editor, etc.).
