Simple Battle Question

So I am setting up encounters in the Battle window, but had a question. What does the item identified button do?

It's when you can give a data item a 'not known name' ie 'Potion' and then when it's identified it would show the actual potion, ie 'Potion of Healing'.

I've not done anything with it bar equipment I think.

So if I tag an NPC 'not identified' will they show up on the CT and battle map as unknown? Or still show their name?

Hi Chap,

Nope as I said I think only items support it. If you feel NPC's could do with it, then let me know.
