View Full Version : Updates Freezing at Launch

I'm using FGU v4 and having repeatedly issues when it goes to load the PHB. I've already tried clearing the vault and letting it reload that way. Specifically I get to:

'Checking package WOTC5EPHBDELUXE for updates'
Update progress (WOTC5EPHBDELUXE): (24/32)

I thought maybe it was just taking a while in general because when we played Saturday night it took a while for updates to run as well, but I've been at it for a good thirty minutes now to no avail.

Can you send me your logs? To get then, launch the updater, click the Troubleshoot tab and then click Gather Logs.

Just making a note that I'm also facing this same issue (symptoms wise at least)
I'm able to keep playing, just can't use the PHBDeluxe or 2 packages that load after it, The PHBDeluxe package loads 3rd to last.

Yep. That exact module will not update for me either. Well. If I delete it, it will be redownloaded just fine. But updating it later? Nope

I followed this set of steps and it seems like everything is downloading correctly

I had previously tried the updaters Clear vault option which didnt work
