Unable to redeem FGU in Steam?

Hi all, sorry if this was addressed elsewhere, I couldn't find it among the bug lists.

I've been able to keep all purchases synced between FG site and Steam up to this point including my FGC Ultimate License and purchased DLCs. I would like to continue as such as I like shopping for the DLC in Steam, but had to buy the FGU ultimate license on site due to the pricing not going right on steam version (Discount from having FGC Ultimate not applying).

Though, now when I provide my Ultimate Product Key to steam, it says its an invalid code, which is a first. Any insight on how to fix this? Would like to have it all in steam as it is where I play with my friends.

SmiteWorks sends codes to Steam every month or two. I'm not sure its a fixed schedule. If you have bought your FGU license in that time period it is likely it just hasn't been sent yet and you will need to wait until it is. I believe their is more information in the Steam Community.

Oh, that makes a lot of sense. Yeah bought it last week. So I'll just sit tight for a couple weeks and try again. Thanks for the info!
