Create new Critical and Attack Tables?

Hi guys,
How would one go about creating new critical tables and attack (weapon or spell) tables. Was wondering if there is an example I can edit & expand, done a quick search and can't seem to find the answer. Thanks in advance,

My recommendation is to download FRP Arms Law, and view that since the Arms Law is now encrypted.

Open the .mod file (it is really a .zip file) and look at the client.xml
