Cannot launch Fantasy grounds on windows

When I try and launch it, it says error can't update do you want to repair ? I click yes wait for it to do its thing, but it never repairs. I have tried re-entering my key, I've uninstalled/reinstalled 3 times and no fix

Welcome, sorry you are having problems.

What version of Windows are you on? Have you checked your security software to set exclusions?

I kept uninstalling/reinstalling until it worked, so im not sure
