Is there an SPC importer for this ruleset?

You should be able to export your SPCs as a module and load the module in other campaigns.

I was talking more of something like where I can copy a stat entry in a book and click a button and it fills out an SPC sheet...Kinda like the extensions they have for DnD.

Do you mean importing a SPC from a book in PDF format toa SPC in FG like Engineer Suite / Fantasy Module Parser?
If so, I am afraid this only exists for D&D (the product is abandoned for the first one and not finalized by the second one) AFAIK.

I would pay for a working parser for the v5 ruleset....
