We recently moved our campaign to FGU from FGC. Last night, during our weekly session, things seemed to be going smoothly except for one player. he could not move his token and when I tried to move it as a DM i was also experiencing issues. We took a break while he restarted his computer and while it was booting up he asked if "maybe I should close some of the other apps I have running." Well, duh. Once he stopped running whatever junk he was running in the background the game played smoothly.
