Edit Mode?

My apologies for such a basic question. I am a brand new user trying to input a level 3 Operative for a player. Can't seem to adjust misc skill field to account for Operative's Edge class feature.

Keeps saying "Edit Mode to Configure Bonus".

How do I edit this?
