Random table always rolls the same sequence of numbers

Hello.

I created a weather table to roll on. Every single time I restart FGU the first roll is 1 and the second roll is 57. Seems as if the table's RNG always uses the very same seed. Obviously this makes rolling on random tables rather useless and seems like a bug?!

I'm not seeing the same thing. Can you isolate it to a specific table? Extension? Ruleset?

I recently made a lot of tables, for a project (that will never see the light of day cos the owners of the copyright are muppets but thats another story) and I during extensive testing never got the same numbers popping up like that.

Are you running any extensions?

Thanks for testing and reporting back. I found the culprit: Using the "Instant Dice" extension seems to make all dice rolls repeat the same sequence every time the game is restarted. Ouch! This even happens if you first did 3D rolls on the same table/PC, once you switch off 3D dice the sequence begins.

So every time I roll on my weather table I get this same sequence:

GM: [TABLE] Weather Precipitation [d100 = 57]
GM: [TABLE] Weather Precipitation [d100 = 20]
GM: [TABLE] Weather Precipitation [d100 = 81]

GM: [TABLE] Weather Precipitation [d100 = 48]
GM: [TABLE] Weather Precipitation [d100 = 36]
GM: [TABLE] Weather Precipitation [d100 = 90]

GM: [TABLE] Weather Precipitation [d100 = 60]

And every time one of my PCs rolls fortitude I get this sequence:
