Buying a single asset

Is there a way to buy a single asset from a book (race/subclass/spell) without buying the whole book, or would I have to create such a thing myself? I'm still learning FG, so thank you for any assistance!

5e D&D. I bought the ultimate license and the player's handbook (I have everything physically and on D&D Beyond), but I have a player that wants to play a Tabaxi, which isn't included in the core PHB or Basic Rules/SRD. Can I buy just a Tabaxi, or should I get to work on creating it for my game?
