Using assets from a different Rule set

Is it possible to use assets (maps or other images) from a rules set that you wasnt purchased? For example I was was gifted a module from Pathfinder (the person knows I have a lot of PF books and heard that I had bought FGU so bought me a PF module. The problem is that I got the DnD modules on FGU. Hence the question. I am thinking of using the assets and recreating the encounters using DnD references.

Is this doable?
