Attribute values can be adjusted with the mouse wheel while holding CTRL, or by clicking the attribute and typing the new value.

Effects are applied either from the actions tab in the case of spells or from the Effects window which is the 'walking person' icon in the upper right of the FG window. I will also enter activated magic items on my actions tab, but there are a number of ways you can go about it.

What, exactly, are you trying to accomplish?

Note that effects are only applied to entries in the combat tracker, and they do not show up on the character sheet (but they will correctly impact rolls.

Do note I know that Mad Nomad's Character Sheet Tweaks extension (paid) shows/indicated ability scores that are modified from the CT effects, but its' the only way I know of for this to be visible outside of chat results.

Effects are created in the actions tab and do not change the character sheet as noted above. So if you create an effect of SAVE: 1 then when you make a saving throw it will show in chat [EFFECTS +1]; it won't change the figures on the front page of the character sheet.

The same thing will apply to an ability score. If you have an effect of STR: 2 then when you roll any kind of dice that involves strength (attack, damage, skill or ability checks) then you'll see it mentioned in chat. You won't see the change in the actual ability.

If you need to set up a Power Group for a magic item for example which gives a bonus to magic attacks or saving throws see Video Eight here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?55797-How-do-I-in-Unity

Will there be an option, where magic items automaticaly do the game effects wright if they are equipped in the future or will they always be only text? For exmaple ring of protection +1? Get save and AC +1?

No idea what the future will hold.

Vote for the suggestion on the wish list so that the devs know what is important to the community and can prioritize their workload and future enhancements accordingly. Note that this enhancement would require a lot of work because each of the ~1700 DLC products would have to be reviewed and have the items in them updated as appropriate.

Almost certainly yes. The whole way that effects work is something that the devs have said will be looked at; exactly how far into the future this will be is anyone's guess at the moment.
