FGU UI issue on character sheet notes page

It bottom justifies text until you scroll all the way down and it then top justifies text requiring scrolling all the way up to reset back to bottom justified. top justified is difficult to read with the lines running thru the text.

The justification seems to be some rounding error related to window height and triggers when scroll bar moves full down. With other window heights it even lines thru the middle of the text. I use 150% UI scale, dark theme, and 150% windows scale.
