Using existing starships as PC ships

So I'm prepping to run Dead Suns AP. I'm trying to drop the Sunrise Maiden into the Character Starships Tab, or the Party sheet, but it doesn't seem to work. Do I have to create it from scratch? It would be really helpful if it could just be dragged and dropped

I am running Dead Suns and you do need to create the PC ship. It's not very difficult. There is a PC Ship button click it and the create your groups ship here.

Yeah, I figured that. I just long for that instant gratification of drag drop!
