Power Descriptive Text

When I create a power and then drag it to my character sheet, I cannot find a way to open that power or its descriptive text from the sheet. Is that expected behavior?

If I WANT my players to have access to that info without digging into the power library, what are my options?

AH Nevermind. If you get out of edit mode, the link shows up. Now I need to figure out how to best organize arrays...

Do you have to build the power with flaws and extras in the power section and then add it to the sheet? I cannot figure out how to apply them otherwise.
