Oooh, since I don't know much about Cyberpunk, but have always wanted to learn... I know there are multiple versions/editions, and I see that atleast 2 of them are represented in the bundle (2020 and Red) how much of that is version agnostic?

Everything in the bundle except the Red starter kit is for CP2020, I believe. I've read dead tree versions of most of them.
