When FGU switched from BETA not sure where updates are recorded now

I had the old early access link still when I looked up what had updated. I see some things in city hall but they seem spread out a bit. Is there a central place where patch notes for updates will be for FGU? Just need the new link as the old one I had is no longer updated.

Click the "Release Notes" button on the main FG startup screen for numbered version release notes.
