Ahoi.

FGU seems to cause conflicts with Discord's screensharing, no such problems with Classic or other apps I tried.

When you stream the FGU process/window then the last your Discord video stream includes a static overlay of itself (Discord) on top of FGU, unless Discord is minimized. The content of the static overlay is what Discord looked like when you started a stream of FGU for the very first time after starting Discord. It does not change until Discord is restarted and a new FGU stream is initiated.

We aren't doing anything special; just using the Unity engine to display a scene. It sounds like a problem with Discord screen sharing...

Indeed, it looks like a conflict between Discord and Unity at first sight. I tried around and found that WoW also suffers from this, while TW:WH2 does not. On second sight it might also be a NVidia driver conflict, because I asked one of my players to share his FGU window and it did not show the issue. So something to be aware of FGU user and the current workaround is to minimize the Discord window.
