EULA still says "Early Access"

One of my players is just reading the EULA and noticed that it still says "Early Access". Guess this needs to be updated?!

That's how they monitor illegal usage. So doubt that is going to happen. If FGU is like FGC, then LAN games with standard licenses don't phone home, so their is no data collection that happens.

Don't know for certain, only support could tell you.

I know that in part they use it to publish their usage statistics, which you can find on Doug's Blog or ENWorld. It includes; number of game sessions; that run for x long and have at least one client connect. Ruleset.

I suspect it might also include extensions used, but that is a guess. I suspect if you use the lobby it might also include usernames, another guess.

oh, probably also includes O/S, as I'm sure they would find that useful.

Im guessing anything in the logs could be captured to help them troubleshoot connection, performance etc issues.
