Tokens on map different for players

So one of my players has been complaining that there are duplicate tokens on the map, whereas as GM I only see the correct tokens.

I see this (which is the correct view). The top left of the window the portraits are also shown correctly for the player.

I believe this was reported (and solved?) previously and is caused by sharing a map more than once. I believe the work around is to have the player(s) close and reopen the map (don't share it with them again!).

When you report issues, if you include the version number and details on ruleset and extensions etc it will help us help you :)

Can you try having the player open his FGU to clear the cache before next session?
(Open FGU, click on the folder button in the upper left of launch screen, delete cache folder, restart FGU)

Cheers. We basically got the player with the offending token, to switch tokens and then switch back, which sorted the problem. BTW I we were using 4.0.1 and 5e rule set.
