[BUG] NPC Stat Blocks Stroke Line

All NPC stat blocks have an unneccessary extra horizontal stroke line that goes approximately over the "Immunities", "senses", or "Language" line in 5E.

Edit: Tried reinstalling FGU but it didn't fix the issue.

The theme is vaulted - FG will need to fix it - its a simple fix.

Anything else, and the text starts looking a bit off (I just don't like it, not a bug).
