View Full Version : [BUG] Hovering Mouse Pointer On Link Text Does Not Trigger Link Undeline

In any view port where there are links (Notes, Images, Tables, Story, Quests, NPC), hovering the mouse pointer on link text no longer triggers link underlining. Clicking the link still opens the link target, however.

(couldn't get the mouse pointer to show in the screenshot, but it was on one of the link texts when I pressed print screen)

Edit: Tried reinstalling FGU but it didn't fix the issue.

have you adjusted the ScaleUI to something other than 100?
it is just a scaling artefact and the underline which is right at the bottom of the line/cell sometimes gets truncated based on the scale.

No, I haven't adjusted scaleui and I made sure it's 100 just now. Issue persists.

But on the issue of scale/resolution my monitor resolution is 1920 x 1200. I have found that editing text is also a HUGE pain with this resolution in FGU because the text cursor appears way off where is actually is. Many times I have to drag the whole FGU window to a 1920 x 1080 resolution screen to edit text.

Anyway, I just dragged the window to a 1920 x 1080 monitor and still no underline.

Interesting - you have more maps in your module than I do?
But my underline works.

Those are custom maps I've imported. They're just put in the same folder for quick access.

EDIT: That viewport was just an example. There appear no underlines anywhere in FGU and I just reinstalled the whole program with no success in fixing the issue. Glad that your underlines work, though!

Thanks for reporting. I see that the underline visibility is variable depending on UI scale among other things. I've filed a ticket to review.

No underlining here, UI scale at 100%. I will disable extensions and report back.

Disabled all extensions and loaded the 5E sample campaign.

- No underlines at Scaleui 100 and below.
- Some underlines at Scaleui 101 and higher, some vanish depending on current Scaleui, all vanish at Scaleui 200. Most look broken (different strength, some with gaps).
