Summary: New image window size too small with visual artifacts.
Ruleset(s): Dungeons & Dragons (5E)
New Campaign / FGC Migrated Campaign: New campaign for testing.
Extensions/Themes: None.
Modules Loaded: None.
Operating System / Language Setting: Windows 10, English (United States)
Latest version: v4.0.1 ULTIMATE (2020-11-11)

Steps to reproduce:

Click Edit List

Expected behaviour:

New window is created of the appropriate width and height to hold all window controls (and possibly more).
The window should be large enough for the GM to begin using it immediately (not minimum sized) for drawing something or sharing.

Observed behaviour:

New window is created too small to hold window controls. The movement icon is half cut-off, and layer controls are half into the upper controls for visibility, wall, and lock.
The new image always has to be resized to be useful, and this is unfortunate because it requires extra steps to resize the new impromptu map.

Notes:

The window minimum size needs to be adjusted for all the control sizes and made big enough to be useful. In FGC the default new window allowed the DM to immediately share and start drawing something.
