Lots of exceptions resizing images on map

I drag and drop an image on a map. I hold shift clicking a corner gripper to resize. Lots of exception!

I'm not able to recreate this issue on my test campaign.

Can you walk me through the exact steps to trigger the error starting with creating a new image record?
