is there a way to attack an Aura to a toke for light and other spells.

No, you will have to add an image as a token (or image stamp) and move it manually. I think FGC had an extension that handled this, but don't think their is one for FGU yet.

Nothing native, yet. AD&D 2E ruleset can do it but limited currently to just a square as there is no circle underlay api object.
