I'm keen to convert Keep on the Borderlands from 2E to 5E.
I've bought the 2E version, but - D'oh! - I can't use it for reference while working on the 5E version!
Is there any way to open the 2E version in a 5E campaign, or to have two campaigns open at once?
TIA!

Use this extension https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?41034-Universal-Module-Extension

It will allow you to open a module for one ruleset in another. You'll get the images and story etc but of course things like NPCs and items won't be compatible.

You are, as ever, an extraordinarily helpful chap!
EDIT - Er, what do I do with this, sorry?

* Click on the Folder icon in the upper left of the FGU launch screen.
* Open the extensions subfolder.
* Place the .ext file in that folder.
* Close and restart FGU
* Choose a campaign in the Load Campaign section
* Select the Universal Modules extension in the Extensions list
* Click Start

BTW: Goodman Games has published a (print) version of the Keep on the Borderlands as a 5E dungeon module. Unfortunately, no PDF version is available.

Thanks, all.
Yes, I have the Goodman Games hardback, it is amazing - it's a shame I can't buy a .pdf to pinch illustrations for my game. Oh, that may have just answered why they haven't put out a pdf :-(

I was hoping to pull the maps out the hardback, but with no PDF.. I was making do with photos of some of the maps, and have been creating my own copy of the caves of chaos map in Dungeon Painter Studio. With an extra script to generate the LoS data from those maps.

The Realistic Maps version on DMsGuild is super, but you can't beat a self designed version :-)
